is an international corporation offering Pokeroo, a global social pro poker game available on mobile, computer, and virtual devices. By accessing or using Pokeroo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

4. Virtual Currency (In-Game Chips)

4.1 Purchase of In-Game Chips

Pokeroo offers virtual chips that can be purchased with real money through the app. These chips are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world value.

4.2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

In-game chips are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, chips cannot be redeemed for cash or any other compensation.

5. Monthly Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Services

Pokeroo offers monthly subscriptions that provide access to premium features, including additional chips, exclusive content, and other benefits.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. 

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partially used subscription periods will not be provided.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activities that are illegal, abusive, or harmful to other users or the integrity of Pokeroo. This includes but is not limited to cheating, using bots, or exploiting game mechanics.

6.2 Account Suspension

Amigo Moos S.A reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

6.3 Chip Selling

Chip selling and chip dumping are prohibited in Pokeroo. Players found engaging in these activities will be suspended from the game.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content, graphics, and software associated with Pokeroo are the intellectual property of Amigo Moos S.A.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

Pokeroo is provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Liability Cap

Amigo Moos S.A liability to you for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Pokeroo shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past six months.
