Pokeroo provides a Pro Poker social experience across mobile, PC, and VR platforms. Our Privacy Policy applies whenever you access our “Services,” which include our games, products, services, content, Pokeroo's domains, or websites. It outlines how we handle your information and explains your rights and options related to your data.

Pokeroo designs and publishes social games for mobile devices, PCs, and VR. Throughout this Privacy Policy, the terms “Pokeroo,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Amigo Moos Inc., as well as any affiliated entities under the same ownership as Amigo Moos Inc., including but not limited to Pokeroo (“Affiliated Entities”).

When using our Services, we gather information about your interactions, including game durations, features or players you engage with, purchases made, levels of progress achieved, and gameplay activities.  

If you use communication features in Pokeroo Services to interact or share information with others, we collect data related to what is shared. This may include:  

* Your participation on Facebook, Discord and other social platforms 

* Public posts or comments on player profiles or game boards  

* Non-public messages or invitations sent to other players (via our websites or in-game tools)  

* Chats with other players (via instant message, live chat, or video); and/or  

* Uploaded photos, drawings, or other user-generated content.  

We may access, record, and/or store real-time archives of these interactions on Pokeroo servers. This helps us protect players’ safety, safeguard Pokeroo’s rights and property, conduct research, improve and personalize Services through analytics, and deliver advertising. Where legally required, we will obtain your consent.

We collect information related to any purchases you make.

If you buy in-game virtual currency or items through META Horizons Store, Google Play Store, Apple Inc.'s App Store, or any other platform, our third-party payment processor will collect the billing and financial details needed to process your payment. This information may include your postal address, email address, and financial data. While Pokeroo's payment processors do not share financial details like credit card numbers with us, they may provide non-financial information related to your transaction, such as your name, billing address, and the items you purchased.

If you access Pokeroo or other Services via connected third-party applications or platforms (e.g., Facebook, Apple, Google, or Amazon), any purchases you make will be managed by that third-party application, and their terms of service and privacy policy will apply. For such transactions, Pokeroo does not receive your financial data but may obtain non-financial details, including your name, approximate location, and the items purchased. The specific information Pokeroo receives depends on the game you're playing and the third-party platform. Pokeroo’s Terms of Service outline our policies regarding charges, billing, third-party credits, and virtual currencies. Please note that purchases of third-party credits or currencies are also governed by the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies.

We gather information related to the purchases you make.

For deletion requests, we will take reasonable steps to remove your personal data from our records. However, content sent or posted on the Service may not be fully deleted. Certain records may be retained as necessary for legal, accounting, or other legitimate purposes. We may also retain data to establish, defend, or exercise our rights.

Whenever we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable measures to ensure it is treated securely, lawfully, and in compliance with this policy. This includes using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers between our Affiliated Entities, business partners, and service providers (where applicable), or implementing any other lawful mechanisms that facilitate the legal transfer of personal data from the UK or European Countries. If you access our Services through a social network and your account on that network is compromised, it could lead to unauthorized access or deletion of your Pokeroo game accounts. To prevent this, secure your social network account credentials, including your password. Additionally, we recommend logging out of both your Pokeroo account and any connected social network accounts once you finish using our Services.

When you log into your Pokeroo account or input payment information, encryption is used by us and our third-party payment processor to secure the transmission of this data.

We cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches, nor can we ensure complete security during the transmission of your information to our Services.
